We agree the look you want. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first appointment.

You rest with your eyes closed while your technician works. Most clients find it relaxing and many fall asleep.

Aftercare

You are shown how to care for them so they last, and when to book your infills.

Aftercare

  • Keep them dry for 24 hours.
  • Avoid oil-based products and cleansers around the eyes.
  • Do not pick, rub or pull them.
  • Brush them gently with the wand provided.
  • Book infills every two to three weeks to maintain them.

What is the difference between hybrid and Russian volume?
Hybrid mixes single lashes with fans for a textured, soft-full look. Russian volume uses fans throughout for maximum density and drama.
Will hybrid lashes suit hooded eyes?
Usually yes — the set is mapped to your eye shape, and lengths can be placed to open up a hooded lid. Your technician will plan this at the start of your appointment.
How long does the appointment take?
Around ninety minutes for a full set. Infills are quicker, at roughly forty-five minutes.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes — at least 48 hours before your first appointment. This applies even if you have had extensions elsewhere.
How long do they last?
Typically two to three weeks before infills, depending on your natural lash cycle and how you care for them.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
Applied and removed correctly, they should not. Problems usually come from picking at them or having them applied too heavily.
