When you enquire through this website: your name, email address, telephone number, the treatment you are interested in and anything you write in the message box.
When you book or attend an appointment: contact details, appointment history and, where a treatment requires it, relevant health information given on a consultation or consent form.
When you use this website: if you consent to analytics cookies, standard usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. You can decline this and the site will work normally.
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out your appointment, keep the treatment records we are required to keep, and — only if you have asked us to — send occasional offers and news.
Health information is handled with particular care. It is collected only where it is necessary to carry out a treatment safely, and it is used for that purpose alone.
We rely on contract where processing is needed to provide a treatment you have booked, legitimate interests to respond to enquiries and run the business, consent for marketing and analytics cookies, and legal obligation where we must retain records. Health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent.
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with providers who help us operate: our online booking system (Timely), our website form provider, and our hosting provider. Each processes data on our instructions.
We may also share information where the law requires it.
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to 12 months. Client and treatment records are kept for as long as needed to provide ongoing care and to meet insurance and legal requirements. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
You have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Ask us and we will action it — there is no charge.
