Aesthetic treatments at our Kingston clinic

Our aesthetic treatments are the consultation-led side of the clinic: laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, microneedling, radio frequency, and regenerative and injectable treatments such as PRP, Profhilo, polynucleotides and skin boosters. They work at a deeper level than a facial, and they are planned rather than simply booked.

That is why every aesthetic treatment at our Kingston upon Thames clinic starts with a free, no-obligation consultation. We look at the skin or area properly, ask about your medical history and any medication, explain what is realistic and what is not, and tell you how many sessions something is likely to need before you spend anything. Where a treatment is not the right answer, we say so.

Most of these treatments work as a course rather than a single appointment, because they rely on your body's own repair and renewal processes and those take weeks to show. We would rather set that expectation at the start than have you disappointed after one session.

Device-Led Skin Treatments

Radio Frequency, Carbon Doll, Comcit and more

Our technology-led facial treatments — radio frequency, cavitation, carbon peel, microdermabrasion, resurfacing peels and brightening — are listed in full with prices on the facials page.

Aesthetic treatments are only carried out after a consultation confirms they are appropriate for you. Suitability, expected outcomes and aftercare are discussed before anything is booked.

Areas We Work On

What we treat

Hair removal

Soprano Titanium laser hair removal uses three wavelengths delivered simultaneously with continuous cooling, which makes it suitable across Fitzpatrick skin types I to VI. It is a course treatment — hair grows in cycles, so several sessions are needed to catch each follicle in the right phase. Patch testing comes first.

Skin quality and texture

Microneedling, radio frequency, peels and resurfacing all work by prompting the skin to repair and rebuild itself. They suit acne scarring, uneven texture, enlarged pores, pigmentation and loss of firmness. Results build over weeks, and daily sun protection afterwards is not optional.

Regenerative and injectable

PRP uses platelets from your own blood; Profhilo, polynucleotides and skin boosters are injectable treatments aimed at hydration, elasticity and skin quality rather than adding volume. None of them change the shape of your face. Suitability depends on your medical history, which is what the consultation is for.

Blemish and lesion removal

Skin tag removal and milia removal deal with small, benign blemishes precisely and quickly. We assess anything before we treat it, and we will not treat a lesion we are not confident about — moles and changing lesions are referred to a GP rather than removed here.

Good To Know

Aesthetic treatment FAQs

Why do aesthetic treatments need a consultation?
Because suitability depends on your skin, your medical history and any medication you take — and because most of these treatments work as a course, so you need an honest estimate of sessions and cost before you commit. The consultation is free and there is no obligation to book.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, for every advanced skin, laser and aesthetic treatment. There is no charge and no pressure to book on the day. If we do not think a treatment will help you, we will tell you.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends entirely on the treatment and on you. Laser hair removal and microneedling are typically courses; Profhilo has a standard two-session protocol. We give you a realistic number at consultation rather than selling a package before we have seen the area.
Why are prices shown on consultation rather than listed?
Because the number of sessions and the area treated change the cost, and quoting a headline price before assessing you would be misleading. We confirm the full cost at your consultation, before you commit to anything.
Are these treatments safe for darker skin tones?
Soprano Titanium is designed to be used across Fitzpatrick types I to VI. For peels and resurfacing, the choice of product and strength matters a great deal on deeper skin tones, which is one of the things we assess before recommending anything.
Can I have aesthetic treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Most of them, no. Laser, peels, microneedling, radio frequency and injectable treatments are all generally avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Tell us when you book and we will suggest something suitable in the meantime.
