What happens at your appointment

Consultation & patch test

We agree the look you want. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before your first appointment.

Application

You rest with your eyes closed while your technician works. Most clients find it relaxing and many fall asleep.

Aftercare

You are shown how to care for them so they last, and when to book your infills.

Aftercare

  • Keep them dry for 24 hours.
  • Avoid oil-based products and cleansers around the eyes.
  • Do not pick, rub or pull them.
  • Brush them gently with the wand provided.
  • Book infills every two to three weeks to maintain them.

Is Classic Lashes right for you?

Results and how often: A full set lasts around six to eight weeks as your natural lashes shed, though most people book infills every two to three weeks to keep the set looking full. Looked after properly, extensions do not damage the natural lash.

How long does a full set take?
Around ninety minutes. You lie comfortably with your eyes closed throughout — many clients fall asleep.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
Not when applied correctly, one extension to one lash, and removed properly. Damage comes from extensions that are too heavy for the natural lash, or from pulling them off — never do that.
Can I wear mascara with them?
You will not need it, and oil-based or waterproof mascara should be avoided as it breaks down the adhesive. If you want extra drama, choose hybrid or Russian volume instead.
Do I need a patch test?
Yes — at least 48 hours before your first appointment. This applies even if you have had extensions elsewhere.
How long do they last?
Typically two to three weeks before infills, depending on your natural lash cycle and how you care for them.
Will they damage my natural lashes?
Applied and removed correctly, they should not. Problems usually come from picking at them or having them applied too heavily.
