What we offer

Our beauty menu covers the treatments people book regularly rather than occasionally — facials, brows and lashes, threading and waxing, and massage. These are the appointments that keep you looking and feeling like yourself, and most of them need no consultation: you choose the treatment and book it.

Everything is carried out at our clinic on Eden Street, a few minutes from Kingston station and the Bentall Centre. Between them our therapists cover more than eighty individual treatments, and the same people look after clients week in, week out — which is why most of our bookings come from people who have been before or been recommended.

If you are not sure which treatment you need, that is normal. Ask us before you book, or start with a prescriptive facial, which doubles as a proper skin assessment and ends with honest advice about what would actually help.

Facials & Skin

Start here if your concern is the condition of your skin — dullness, congestion, breakouts, dryness or early lines. If you have never had a facial with us, a prescriptive facial is the sensible first booking because your therapist assesses your skin and builds the treatment around what they find.

Brows & Lashes

Choose this if you want your eyes framed and defined. Lash extensions and lifts, brow shaping, lamination and tinting all sit here. Extensions need a maintenance rhythm of infills every two to three weeks; a lash lift or tint does not, which makes it the lower-maintenance option.

Threading & Waxing

Hair removal for face and body, using threading for precision around the brows and face and waxing for larger areas. We use hot wax where it is kinder to the skin, particularly on intimate areas, and we will always pick the gentler option rather than the quicker one.

Massage & Body

Book here if the problem is tension, stress or sleep rather than skin. Swedish and aromatherapy massage are the relaxing options, deep tissue and back, neck and shoulder are the ones for stubborn knots, and hot stone sits somewhere between the two.

Beauty treatment FAQs

Do I need a consultation before a beauty treatment?
For most of them, no — you can book directly. Consultations are only required for advanced skin, laser and aesthetic treatments. If you are unsure which facial or treatment suits you, message us and we will point you in the right direction before you pay for anything.
Which treatment should I book if I have never been before?
A prescriptive facial for skin, or a Swedish massage if tension is your concern. Both are designed as good starting points, and your therapist will tell you honestly whether something else would suit you better next time.
How far in advance should I book?
Evenings and Saturdays fill first, so a week ahead is sensible for those. We can often fit in weekday daytime appointments at shorter notice — call or message and we will tell you what is genuinely available.
Do you treat men?
Yes, across the whole beauty menu. Men's facials, massage, threading and waxing are all regular bookings, and nothing on the menu is restricted.
Can I book more than one treatment in a visit?
Yes, and it often works well — a brow shape with a lash tint, or a facial with a massage. Tell us what you would like when booking so we can allow enough time rather than rushing either treatment.
