By using this website and by booking treatments with Glamsoul Beauty you agree to the terms below. They sit alongside our clinic policies, which cover cancellations, lateness and conduct.
A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us or from our booking system. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless agreed otherwise. We accept card, contactless and cash.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, 48 hours for groups of three or more and 72 hours for larger groups. Full details are on our policies page.
Some treatments require a consultation, a patch test, or both, before they can be carried out. A patch test is required at least 48 hours before tinting and lash treatments and before certain advanced treatments.
We may decline or postpone a treatment where we do not believe it is appropriate or safe for you. This is a clinical judgement and is made in your interest.
Treatment outcomes vary between individuals. Information on this website describes what treatments are typically intended to achieve; it is not a promise of a particular result and is not medical advice. Expected outcomes are discussed with you at consultation.
We aim to keep prices and treatment information accurate and current, but they may change. Where a price depends on the area treated or the number of sessions, it is confirmed at consultation. Prices shown on this website do not form a binding quotation.
Some treatments have minimum age requirements, and clients under 18 may need a parent or guardian present. See our policies page.
