Do I need a consultation first?
Yes for advanced skin treatments, and it is free with no obligation. We talk through your goals, skin history and any medical considerations, then recommend what genuinely suits you. Straightforward treatments such as threading, waxing or a tint can be booked directly.
Is a patch test required?
A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any tinting or lash treatment, and before certain advanced treatments. It is quick, free, and we will tell you at the time of booking whether yours needs one.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean skin and no make-up where possible, and avoid sun exposure, fake tan and strong active skincare such as retinol or acids for a few days beforehand. Tell us about any recent treatments, medication or skin changes so we can adjust safely.
How many treatments will I need?
It depends on the treatment and your skin. Some give a visible result after one session, while resurfacing, pigmentation and firming treatments usually work best as a short course. We will give you an honest estimate at consultation rather than committing you to a package up front.
Is there any downtime?
Most of our facials have no downtime and you can return to your day straight away. Resurfacing treatments and peels may leave the skin pink or slightly sensitive for a short period. We will always tell you what to expect before you book, so you can plan around events.
What aftercare should I follow?
You will be given aftercare guidance specific to your treatment before you leave. As a general rule, keep the skin clean, use SPF daily, and avoid heat, swimming, make-up and strong actives for the period we advise.
How do I book?

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Group bookings need 48 hours' notice for parties of three or more, and 72 hours for larger groups. Full details are on our policies page.
