Our Technology in Kingston upon Thames
Results depend as much on the device as on the hand using it. These are the systems behind our treatments — what each one does, what we use it for, and why we chose it.
Results depend as much on the device as on the hand using it. These are the systems behind our treatments — what each one does, what we use it for, and why we chose it.
Every device here is used by a trained therapist, after a consultation, with a patch test where one is required. The equipment matters — but the assessment that comes before it matters more.
Used for: Laser hair removal
Three laser wavelengths — 755nm, 810nm and 1064nm — are delivered simultaneously through a single applicator, so energy reaches hair sitting at different depths in one pass.
Why we chose it: Triple-wavelength delivery is what makes it safe on a far wider range of skin tones than a single-wavelength system, and the continuous cooling is what makes it tolerable on sensitive areas.
Used for: Microneedling
A motorised pen fitted with a sterile single-use needle cartridge, creating controlled micro-channels in the skin at a depth set for the area being treated.
Why we chose it: A powered pen holds a consistent depth and speed that a hand-rolled device cannot, and the vertical action avoids the surface tearing a roller can cause.
Used for: Skin tag, mole and milia removal
An electrocoagulation system that treats one blemish at a time through a fine probe, using precisely controlled current.
Why we chose it: Precision matters far more than power here. A fine probe lets us treat a single blemish without disturbing the skin around it.
Used for: Facials and skin health
A multi-handle hydradermabrasion platform. Water and oxygen lift away dead skin and debris while serums go in — cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration in a single pass rather than as separate manual steps.
Why we chose it: Combining extraction and hydration in one pass produces the immediate glow without the redness manual extraction can leave behind — and the range of handles means one platform covers congested, ageing and reactive skin rather than just one of them.
Used for: Comcit facials
A chilled roller creates micro-channels in the skin while cryotherapy cooling calms the surface as the treatment progresses.
Why we chose it: The cooling is the whole point — it allows us to deliver actives below the surface while keeping the treatment comfortable and suitable before an event.
Used for: Face, neck and body
Radio frequency warms the deeper layers of the skin to prompt collagen contraction and renewal. Ultrasound cavitation targets small, localised pockets of fat.
Why we chose it: Collagen rebuilds gradually in response to heat, which is why we sell these as courses with a realistic timeline rather than as a one-off fix.
Used for: Deep cleansing facial
A liquid carbon mask is applied and drawn into the pores, then laser energy passes over the skin, lifting the carbon — and the oil and debris bound to it — away with it.
Why we chose it: It reaches congestion sitting inside the pore, which topical exfoliation on its own simply cannot do.
Equipment this good is wasted in untrained hands. Our therapists are trained on every device they use, and settings are chosen for you rather than left on a default.
Needle cartridges and probes are single-use, opened in front of you and disposed of after your appointment. Metal implements are autoclaved between clients, and linens are changed for every appointment.
Your treatment settings, patch-test result and response are recorded on your client notes, so each session can be adjusted on the basis of how you actually reacted to the last one.
Device settings, suitability and expected outcomes are decided at consultation. Individual results vary, and we will never promise a specific outcome.
