COVID-19
Glamsoul Beauty is committed to the health and wellness of its valued clients and service providers. We have enhanced our already stringent sanitation standards and have implemented a comprehensive safety protocol so that we may provide you with the level of care you deserve. We will continue to monitor the current Coronavirus situation carefully and act in accordance with the guidelines of the CDC, WHO and our local governing boards. The safety of our clients and service providers is our priority. As a result of the current environment, you will see that we have implemented the following additional precautionary measures at Glamsoul Beauty.
- All staff members have received advanced training and certification on enhanced hygiene and sanitation standards and protocols, and wash and disinfect their hands regularly throughout the day.
- Facial masks required in the salon. Hand sanitizer will be readily available at the front door & the reception desk for your use.
- Regular and frequent cleaning and sanitizing of all common and high-touch areas throughout the spa.
- As always, all clients will be provided with clean sanitized linens & blankets. Additionally, all products used during your services will be sanitized, metal implements will be autoclaved (steam sterilized) & whenever possible we will be using disposable tools.
- Any service provider who is feeling unwell will be required to stay home, or has had close contact with anyone who is feeling unwell will also be asked not to come to work. We thank you in advance for your understanding should this cause any changes to your appointment reservations.
- We ask any clients to refrain from visiting the spa if they or anyone they have been in contact with feels unwell, has a fever, COVID-19 symptoms, or other communicable illness. Likewise, we will allow clients who are unable to make their appointment due to illness to cancel with advance notice without consequence.
It is our goal to support the overall health and wellness of everyone associated with Glamsoul Beauty. We also want to be a responsible community member and ensure the transition back to “normal” lasts. Therefore, we ask that when you visit us that you join us in our mission to provide the safest experience possible by adhering to our protocols. Together we will make a positive difference and ensure the safety of everyone who enjoys the services offered at Glamsoul Beauty Clinic.

LATE ARRIVALS
It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time, we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment. In order to get the most of your treatments by us, please be on time!
SICK OR FEELING UNWELL
If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting a facial while sick is not recommended and, in some cases, can make you feel worse. We also would like to remind you that Glam Soul Beauty LLC is a facial spa, and want to make sure to respect and protect everyone’s well-being.
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
GlamSoul Beauty LLC standard policy is that appointments canceled with less than 24-hours’ notice incur a cancellation fee. During the winter months, we are willing to make an exception to that rule. If we are under a winter weather advisory and you believe that it would be unsafe or impossible for you to travel to your appointment, you may reschedule within the 24-hour window at no charge.
PAYMENT POLICY
Full payments is due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or special needs which may affect your services.
Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:
- Cancer
• Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure
• Swollen or painful lymph nodes
• Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis / Acne
• New injury of any kind
• Open sores
• Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
• Diabetes
• Blood Disorder and Disease
Please note that individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, Must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.
Individuals prescribed Isotretinoin Therapy must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.
PRICES AND SERVICES
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We will do our best to keep our clients up to date on any changes that may occur but encourage all clients to inquire about pricing and available services when booking your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Your appointment is very important to us. These appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule groups of three or more appointments, 72 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule it. We recognize the time of our clients and therapist is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to prevent any missed appointments. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.
It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, skin care products, services/treatments and packages are non-refundable. However, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchase and none of the sessions have been redeemed you are entitled to a refund.
If you pre-pay for any of the treatments, you will save an amount according to the pre-payment schedule. There are absolutely no refund on pre-pays and they are not transferable to any other individual and treatment areas.
If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical report from your doctor. If you have used any of the prepaid sessions, then this will be deducted from your refund value as a pay as you go cost. Please note and understand that GlamSoul Beauty LLC cannot be held responsible for any unknown side effects which may occur because of having treatments.
We don’t refund for change of minds or if you have found the same treatment cheaper elsewhere or decided that you simply don’t like it. Although at Glamsoul Beauty, We strive for the ultimate satisfaction, unfortunately there is a chance that you may not be 100% satisfied with your treatment provided, in that case your treatment is non refundable.
Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you and whilst all due care and skill are exercised in treating our clients, ultimately it is your responsibility to determine if the product Or treatment is right for you.
In order for us to provide you an excellent service, it is imperative that you provide all information requested in completing consent forms or advising us of any factors that may affect your treatments. You also need to have realistic expectations of the results of treatment. We encourage you to work with your therapist or health professional on what you can achieve with your treatment.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
GRATUITY
Gratuities are not included in the price of services or packages. Gratuities are graciously accepted by spa personnel. If you wish to show appreciation for a job well done or service enjoyed, gratuity envelopes are available at the reception desk when you check out. Eighteen to twenty percent of the total service is an industry standard.
QUIET ENVIRONMENT
As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and all mobile devices must be turned off or put on silent when checking in.
CHILDREN & VISITORS ACCOMPANYING THE CLIENT
Due to our limited seating and our guest to maintain the spa’s ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the relaxation areas of the spa including those complying with our age restriction policy. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
All salon guests must be 12 years of age or older, minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
All guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form.
